Collin Higher Education Center Part Time Position
Facilitate general student services to students, faculty, and staff of Collin Higher Education Center (CHEC). Assist with projects, messages, and phones. Provide assistance to persons needing general information about Collin College. Provide support to the associate dean student and enrollment services at CHEC.
Provide customer service information concerning the colleges available student services to students, faculty, and staff.
Provide support to the associate dean student and enrollment services at CHEC for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel projects, etc.
Provide technology assistance and integrate system with the colleges print system.
Take messages and answer phones.
Provide students/community members with information about Collin College.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Requirements: Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of administrative office experience. High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of administrative office experience.
