Overview Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training (BT/RBT) to join the Rising Stars program. This is a Practicum/Graduate program opportunity for those completing a Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level). The role supports fieldwork hours and provides supervision as part of a premier ABA provider for children with autism. Responsibilities Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years old. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child. Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to support client progress and maintain program fidelity. Ensure supervisee has accrued the required fieldwork hours (e.g., 85% of fieldwork hours toward 1700/2000 hours) and complete all restricted hours. Qualifications Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program. BT (Behavior Technician) or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) actively accruing supervision hours. Willingness to embark on a meaningful journey in the field of applied behavior analysis and pursue credentialing. Allocate time to study and prepare for BACB exam with a plan to sit the exam within 6 months of joining. What We Offer / Benefits Pay: $24-30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion. Potential wage increases every 6 months. A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing the exam. Bonuses based on accrued hours, with potential to earn up to $1,500 per year. Guaranteed hours: full-time teammates receive a minimum of 32-40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations. No-cost supervision hours; no deductions from pay or claw backs for supervision time. BCBA Pass Bonus: $5,000 for passing the BCBA exam on the first attempt at ABC. Generous time off: 10 holidays, 10 paid days plus 2 flex days; PTO accrual options. Tuition discounts with partner universities; health benefits (up to 90% company-paid across 4 plans); 401(k) match.
