Overview Student Exchange Ambassador - Fairbanks area at International Experience - USA iE-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational exchange organization founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strengthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world, and believe that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We pride ourselves on providing individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET). Responsibilities Help us find caring host families in your local community, assist host families with selecting the right exchange student for their family, or support students and host families during their exchange experience — you decide how you want to help. Provide training and ongoing one-on-one support from our team, and build relationships that enhance the exchange experience. Time commitment With as little as 2-5 hours a month, you can meet people from other countries and cultures and help make dreams come true.
