Position Information The Minot State International Club is hiring a Vice President. This position will cover approximately 2 hours per week for 24 weeks during the 2025-2026 academic year. The VP will work with the other Representatives to serve the international club. The VP may also assist with other office tasks including, but not limited to, greeting and assisting international students, serving as a tour guide for new international students, answering phone calls, being present during meetings, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: The purpose of the VP is: The Vice President performs the duties of the President upon request or absence of the president. The Vice President shall coordinate the election process of officers. The Vice President shall make sure the International Club processes are kept organized and meetings are conducted as needed. The Vice President will be required to fulfill at least two (2) office hours per week during the academic semester. Other duties as necessary.

Requirements: Must be a member of the International Club. Have strong communication and writing skills. Must attend biweekly meetings, as needed, with the advisor. Must maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
