Qualifications :

1. Possess high school diploma at a minimum; associate or bachelor's degree in health, education, or related field preferred. Have prior experience working with children/adolescents in an educational setting. Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Have proficiency with technology, including video conferencing tools. Be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Reports to : Director of Special Education and Student Services

Job Description : The Telehealth Student Support Staff member will oversee and support students participating in telehealth services during the school day. This individual ensures appointments run smoothly, equipment is ready, and students are supervised in a safe and confidential environment.

Salary : $25 hourly up to 29 hours per week (grant funded position)

Performance Responsibilities : Manage scheduling of student telehealth sessions in coordination with providers and school staff. Escort students to and from appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to instructional time. Set up and maintain telehealth equipment; troubleshoot basic technical issues. Supervise students during telehealth sessions while maintaining student privacy. Ensure compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and district policies regarding confidentiality. Maintain accurate attendance and session records. Serve as the liaison between students, families, providers, and school staff regarding telehealth participation. Support students in transitioning back to class following sessions. Perform other related duties as assigned.
