About This Role
The Student Programs Coordinator provides leadership and coordination of processes related to student academic records and degree completion. This position applies in-depth knowledge of curricula, policies, and procedures to support academic advisors, faculty, staff, and external partners. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in student recordkeeping, facilitating course and curriculum processes, and administering KSIS-related functions. By providing administrative oversight and guidance, the Student Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student progress toward degree completion and advancing the academic mission of the college.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, student services, or a related field.
Three years of experience in student records, academic advising, enrollment services, or a related area.
Experience working with student information systems (such as KSIS, DARS, PeopleSoft, or similar).
Supervisory experience in a higher education setting.
Demonstrated experience with transfer credit evaluation, degree audits, and graduation processes.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and academic policy implementation.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.
