Alkaline vs. acidic diets and health outcomes. pH and its role in chronic disease.

Organize findings into annotated bibliographies, research tables, and/or summary reports. Provide brief synopses of relevant studies, including methods, outcomes, and limitations. Collaborate on interpreting findings within a functional medicine framework. Requirements : Currently enrolled and actively taking classes in the MHS Functional and Integrative Nutrition program. Strong understanding of human physiology, biochemistry, and clinical nutrition principles. Familiarity with functional medicine concepts and systems biology approaches. Experience with academic research methods and scientific databases. Excellent written communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Attention to detail and organization.
