JOB DESCRIPTION North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Student Ministry Director for our Beaver Valley Campus. This position will lead, organize, and execute all aspects of Student Ministry at the Beaver Valley Campus. QUALIFICATIONS Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The additional qualifications for this position include: Associates degree in a related field, or 3 years equivalent experience

Three years of experience in a leadership role in family ministry preferred

Demonstrated volunteer recruitment experience

Understanding of Orange family ministry philosophy and curriculum preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac products

Strong communications skills in both small and large group settings

CPR/First Aid certified

Background clearances must be current
