Overall Purpose of the Job: To be responsible for the configuration and the maintenance of the student record system to enable tuition fee calculation, adjustment and the assignment of financial awards. The role will also involve working in partnership with finance and planning colleagues in the annual tuition fee setting process. To support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
