Responsibilities
Technology Services
• Event technology set up/ tear down
• On-site assistance during events including troubleshooting technology, adjusting technology, and staying near technology equipment for the entire duration of the event
Inventory
• Preparing technology items for storage
• Moving technology into the correct location within storage areas
Working hours must be between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. on the same day of the week on a weekly basis (specific days of the week subject to availability)
Qualifications
Must be a full-time Flagler College student
Previous work or volunteer experience that involved event technology
Previous work or volunteering experience that involved talking to customers in person
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to push carts full of equipment
• Walking or standing during events can last as long as 1 hour
• Some shifts include working outside events
