Oversee safety, customer service, and procedure adherence for all programs in facility while providing guidance, leadership, and evaluation feedback for 100 student staff in aquatics, fitness, member services, and station attendant areas including opening and closing responsibilities. Supervise student employees, address safety and security issues, attend to injuries, complete hourly counts and reports, and facilitate the laundry cleaning procedures, and some general cleaning.
