Service Desk - Student Worker Employment Type  Student Employee Hourly Rate  Special Note:  All students are required to read the BU Student Employment Policy prior to submitting an application. All Federal Work-Study students should read the program rules and regulations located at Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform various tasks for the Service Desk, including pick up and delivery of computer equipment, paper for Bruin Print stations, and basic troubleshooting of computer equipment and AV gear in classrooms. Required Qualifications Basic computer knowledge. Software familiarity including operating systems, Microsoft Office, various browsers. Hardware familiarity including, monitors, control panels, desktop and laptop computers. Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required Experience Basic computer knowledge. Preferred to have technical knowledge of audio and video presentation equipment.
