The Role As a Server, you'll be the face of Chotto Matte, bringing our unique style of hospitality to life. You'll guide guests through our colorful Nikkei menu, deliver attentive and thoughtful service, and embody the Chotto Matte culture every step of the way. What You'll Do Deliver warm, professional, and energetic service that makes every guest feel special. Curate the menu experience for guests by sharing knowledge of our Nikkei cuisine and offering thoughtful recommendations. Work closely with your teammates to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Support private dining and special events with the same passion and detail. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Represent the Chotto Matte culture through positivity, teamwork, and pride in your role. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant is a plus. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment. A naturally friendly and welcoming personality. A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in a global lifestyle brand. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move with agility for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable bending, reaching, and carrying trays or items. Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs as needed.
