Hill Country is a tribute to the traditional Central Texas barbecue experience, Southern Hospitality and the artistry of Downtown Austin. We serve freshly smoked meats every single day, along with our rotating menu of seasonal sides, specials, and desserts! We are looking for experienced servers to join our team! Servers must have at least 2 years of experience. Experience using Aloha, serving barbecue, and working with large groups are big plusses! Serve guests with respect, kindness, and punctuality Talk guests through our menu and cuisine Upsell guests on specials, cocktails, and add-ons Close out checks with accuracy Work in a team environment that includes hosts, bussers, bartenders, and managers We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions open.
