Title: Senior Coordinator, Student Support & Family Engagement
Essential Functions:
• Design, implement, and monitor prevention and intervention initiatives aligned with district goals and student needs.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation for student support programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including school-based and district-level personnel, to ensure collaborative and effective program delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance; identify challenges and adjust strategies as needed to meet program goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders, including school leadership and district administrators.
• Deliver training, resources, and support to staff and program participants to ensure successful program implementation.
• Prepare and submit monthly written reports detailing participant demographics, presenting issues, program outcomes, and overall project status, in compliance with district and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and program records as required by DCSD and other governing agencies.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, staff performance, and student progress toward defined objectives.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in programming, processes, and service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in project development, management, or leadership.
• Professional Standards Certification (L-5, S-5, or higher) from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) is preferred.
