Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive with a smile and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients/clients with paperwork, including intake and consent forms, scheduling, insurance verification, answering questions, explaining what they will be doing, following up on details, helping them arrive and see their program through to full rehabilitation completion. This is very important as you take care of the patient/client throughout.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients/clients throughout their services
- Administrative assistance to CEO and office tasks/projects to assist system development for improved efficiency and production as needed
- Must be a noticeably upbeat and happy person
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role (preferred)
- Associates Degrees or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a dedicated commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Must be available to work for a minimum commitment of 1-2 years
