Responsibilities Include: Professionally completes all daily work orders Communicates any delays in finishing a work order with the supervisor Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness of the properties at all times Troubleshoots and repairs maintenance issues Ensures vacant units are rent-ready in a timely fashion Responds to after hour on-call emergencies Maintains trash rooms and dumpster areas Assists with clearing of snow and ice Displays strong customer service attitude to ensure the satisfaction of our residents
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent and two years related work experience is required Ability to read and write English Ability to read service requests Ability to communicate with team members, residents and vendors Ability to understand proper applications of chemicals and general cleaning supplies Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems Complete understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies The position may require the ability to physically inspect properties Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
