We are seeking an enthusiastic intern for our help desk support intern team who is eager to expand their technical expertise while providing high-quality assistance to our users. The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for problem-solving and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced IT professionals, gain valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and play a key part in ensuring efficient and reliable support for our end users. Join our team and help us deliver outstanding IT support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tier 1 support tickets for onsite and offsite users
- Hardware/software set-up for onboarding new hires and as requests come in
- Data entry for password management
- Communicating with teammates to solve problems and help develop new processes
- Help promote a safe and secure network
- Introduction to vulnerability management and patching
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate
- IT related major preferred
- Ability to work on-site at our Raleigh, NC office
- Eagerness to learn
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to solve problems efficiently quickly and self-sufficiently
