Description of Primary Duties

The student will work with the house manager on scanning tickets, participate in final reporting process, ensure that patrons receive detailed information about each production/performance, seat patrons (if needed), answer questions, and complete additional duties as assigned by house manager. Required Qualifications Follow specific instructions, maintain a pleasant disposition as the first point person of patron contract, multi-task, learn new technology such as ticketing scanning, wear appropriate clothing for ushering.
