Department : Program & Event Support Time Type : Part time FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Summary : Job Description: The Part-Time Event Data Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of collecting and tracking data on CTRL’s programs and events. The Event Data Coordinator creates, updates, and tests CTRL’s SharePoint-based event registration and attendance database, manages attendance tracking, creates data dashboards of the attendance patterns at all of our programs, as well as creates, disseminates, and summarizes feedback surveys and evaluations of all CTRL events. Essential Functions : Work with existing SharePoint tools and systems to create updated event registration forms and data dashboards. Think creatively and develop new data visualizations and ways to streamline processes. Develop timelines for project management. Other tasks as needed to support the Center’s activities. Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work : Part-time. Student. 20 hours per week. Salary Range : $18 per hour. Required Education And Experience : MA/MFA candidate or degree holder or Ph.D. candidate. Strong data management skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with database management. Strong administrative and communication skills. Preferred Education And Experience : Experience working with SharePoint and related tools. Experience working with Qualtrics.
