Current College Students - Looking for awesome babysitter

We are looking for a babysitter who can look after our 10 and 12 year old boys and help with driving them to activities (e.g., baseball). Our 13 year old daughter may occasionally be home as well though is typically tied up with activities. We are ideally looking for someone who can help on Tuesdays between 5:30 and 8:30 pm. We may also need occasional help on Wednesdays. We are looking for someone who is kind and caring and who has a great driving record. We would pay $40-$45 per hour.
