The program will last for 10 to 12 weeks during summer 2026.
As an intern, you’ll work in the Healthcare Consulting Pool, where you’ll have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences across ECG’s four divisions: Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth.

Optimize strategies, relationships, terms, and methodologies related to revenue and market position for healthcare providers, disrupters, and payers.
Strategy & Enterprise Growth
Develop and support strategies, planning, organizational design, transactions, and partnerships that reposition health systems, academic health systems, physician groups, and medical and health sciences schools for impact and growth.
You’ll be part of a team that offers a comprehensive suite of innovative, yet practical, solutions to address the most complex and high-stakes challenges that impact national healthcare. You’ll meet with clients, assist with real project deliverables, and engage in an entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are welcomed and encouraged.
