Cambridge Middle School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Middle School Student Council Advisor . The advisor will guide and support student leaders in planning and implementing student government activities, fostering leadership, service, and school spirit among middle school students. Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee regular Student Council meetings. Guide students in planning events such as spirit weeks, school dances, fundraisers, and service projects. Promote student voice and civic engagement within the school community. Serve as a liaison between students, staff, administration, and families regarding Student Council activities. Maintain records of council activities, elections, and financial transactions. Ensure all activities align with school policies and promote inclusivity and student development. Qualifications: Valid Ohio teaching license preferred. Experience working with middle school students. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to motivate and mentor young leaders. Flexibility to attend before- or after-school meetings and events as needed. Compensation:
