Associate Dentist Southwest New Mexico w/ Student Loan Assistance

Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center, seeking a General Dentist to join an established dental team in Southwest New Mexico. This role offers a consistent patient flow, strong support staff, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area.

Position Highlights:

3 or 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, 7am 5:30pm)

Base salary starting at $175,000 to $205,000 (based on experience)

Productivity bonus: $25 per patient after 18 per day

Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement

$20,000 retention bonus paid at 90 days of employment

Health, dental, life, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year

PTO: Up to 153 hours per year + 10 holidays + 80 Hrs of continued education

Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment programs
