Assistant Student Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target driven Assistant Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment activities to our UK partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager you will have a good understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, and you will be able to demonstrate an awareness of at least one major overseas market. You will have excellent organizational skills and will be a self-starter with experience of working internationally.

What you’ll bring to the role Background in international education recruitment or marketing

University education

Fluency in English

The ability to communicate well (both written and spoken) with range of audiences

Goal-driven and results oriented approach

Strong organizational and planning skills

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, to meet challenging targets

Experience of travelling and willingness to travel independently throughout the region

Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required

An appreciation of different cultures and working styles
