School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with communication challenges. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language assessments in accordance with district policies.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates.

Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals.

Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs.

Provide professional development for school staff and parents.

Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.

Valid California SLP license.

School-based experience preferred.

Completion of Amergis' Competency Program.

Current CPR certification, TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray, and health certificate.
